Karabo started her career as an Attorney in 2016. She joined Brown and Company Attorneys in June 2020. She focuses primarily on general civil and corporate litigation, employment matters, and contract law. She is currently a trainee trainer in the trial advocacy cause administered by the Law Society of Botswana in conjunction with the National Institute of trial advocacy (USA) and justice advocacy Africa.

Karabo has garnered experience both in private practice and the corporate space. Her experience includes acting for and on behalf of most of the international insurance companies in Botswana as well as dealing with third party insurance claims. Furthermore, Karabo has extensive experience in debt recovery for financial and non-financial institutions. Her experience also includes handling contractual and personal damage claims. Karabo has represented individuals and corporate entities in labour disputes. Moreover, she has dealt with land and property disputes and issues regarding rights and obligations around land tenure. Karabo has experience in providing corporate secretarial services and has dealt with processes involved in liquidations and estates. In addition, Karabo has advised and dealt with regulatory and compliance issues.
